Helping Veterans Get Care at Home

Posted Jan 26, 2018

We Turn The Numbers You’re Given, into Care You Can Count on

Remember when you could pick up your phone, dial a toll-free number, and speak directly to your case manager? They would ask you how you were, how they could help, and then tell you exactly how much care you, or your loved one, were entitled to and how to get it?
This process has changed. But, Veterans Affairs is still committed to providing care for disabled, injured, and aging Veterans. Funds are now being delivered in a way to increase independence for clients. However, this can be confusing.

We can help.

Your Care Coordinator at Always Home will turn the number you are given, into care you can count on.
Depending on your circumstances, you could be entitled to funds for the following:
• Housekeeping Services – Washing dishes, sweeping/vacuuming/mopping floors, laundry, bed making.
• Personal Care Services – Bathing, toileting, medication reminders, dementia care, PTSD support, and non-medical catheter care.
• Respite Care – We fill in while you step out.

If you or a family member need help with Veterans Affairs funds, call us. With your permission, Always Home can help you calculate what you can afford, and make a plan to ensure you get the care you need. From weekly visits to around-the-clock care; we will make certain you receive consistency and peace of mind with our home support services.

That means, caregivers you can trust and rely on, coordinators you can talk to everyday, and a company that is behind you every step of the way.
