Always Home Homecare: We Believe in Better Care for HRM

What if home care could be better? What if the anguish you feel every time your loved ones don’t answer their phone, could be replaced by a friendly voice who passes them the receiver? Quality home care can make that happen. With thoughtful preparation, home care can be the most effective tool used to keep loved ones safe.

Since 2006 – We’re on Your Team!
Your hopes become our goals as soon as you become a client. We will work with you to customize a home care plan that works for your specific needs – whether that is matching you with a caregiver who can go to the grocery store once a week, or a team of caregivers who can provide home care around the clock.

Your Advocate, Your Care Coordinator.
Every client is assigned to a specific Care Coordinator, who works hard to match your needs with the best caregivers. This one person will handle any issues or requests directly for you, without you having to wait in que. They will be there to help ensure smooth transitions and effective communication along the way.

We know that changes, even small ones, can affect routines and cause distress especially when there are cognitive issues involved. So, we communicate with you every step of the way by phone or email, what ever your preference may be.

Consistency.
Seeing the same faces each week helps establish trusting relationships and efficient routines that work. That’s what we want for our clients and caregivers.

In-House Training
We provide up-to-date personal care and first aid training courses to our caregivers year-round, to ensure they are always prepared for the needs of our clients. As clients needs change, we change with them!

Documentation.
All tasks that are completed, or not completed, are documented during each visit. Whether mom ate her lunch, got a bath, or went to her appointment – are all tracked in the care logs.

Telephony
Caregivers clock in and out for every visit they make. Your Care Coordinator gets notified if one is missed, so we always know you’re being taken care of, and can address a late arrival or missed visit immediately.

Empathy
Every staff member at Always Home is here because they genuinely care. Every client is our grandmother, and every worried relative is our family. We are here to promote independence, and increase quality of life – and we take it personal.

We want to help keep spouses together longer, fill empty nests with helpful companions, and change tomorrow for every client. It’s not just our job, it’s our purpose, because we know that home care can be better.
