FREE – Beginner Nordic Pole Walking Clinic

When: Thursday, August 20th, 1:30 – 3 p.m.

Where: Always Home Homecare45 Dundas Street, Downtown Dartmouth.

Who: Led by Bill VanGorder nationally certified Nordic Pole Walking instructor and President of Nordic Walking Nova Scotia.

Space is limited so book your place in the clinic now.

Nordic Pole Walking “loaner” poles will be available for those who do not own Nordic Walking poles. If you own poles, bring them so we can teach you the proper techniques for fitness and health.

Dress for the weather, we will be indoors and out.
